1. Ingredients

2. How to Make Crispy Chive Pancakes
🔹 ① Preparing the Ingredients
- Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into 5cm (2-inch) pieces.
- If using carrots and onions, chop them into thin slices.

- In a large bowl, mix flour, water, egg, salt, and sugar (if using) until smooth.
